They are not owned by a huge absentee corporation and managed by an impersonal and distant management 'team', but usually run by a friendly and participating, hands-on group of locals who have a stake in the successful operation of 'their' place and who try their hardest to take care of you and offer you the best of accommodations, food and guiding, often becoming your friends.

Our aim has NOT been to propose what you already have at home, but to offer an exciting and unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience in unique and fascinating, but still comfortable and at times even luxurious, places you have dreamed of and yearned for. NOT the regular fast-paced tour to tourist traps where everybody goes, but a personalized and customized journey of discovery and adventure which YOU YOURSELF can participate in planning for the amount of time you desire, and which we will organize, reserve and finalize for you, both as far as the needed land and air arrangements are concerned.
